Thoroughly enjoying the book, leant it to a friend, waiting for it to come back. Blender is possibly a little light on power, but with a shake first, it works well enough. Looking forward to taking it on the road.

I recently purchased the starter kit,although I have been having the smoothies for some time now.I normally have it for breakfast with a small piece of banana and some frozen berries with almond milk.Yum. I have also mixed in some fresh green leaf eg, silver beet,spinach or Asian greens if I have one for my lunch.They are just so easy to mix and I can go for 4 hours or so without being hungry.
I'm not sure how others have used that machine it's not strong enough to make it smooth, to keep stopping and adding in parts was not mentioned. Which defeats the purpose, a quick smoothie. Love the powders. I got a cheap personal device from big W just put it all in and blend. My son had one, for last year making smoothies. Sorry but the device is just too small to handle the load. Will get more blends when I can. Thanks
