    Yeppoonie Smoothie also donates a tree with every order processed. We receive certificates from Sprout to show the trees are being planted!  Yeppoon is blessed to have abundant and protected mangrove estuaries.  However in Madagascar 90% of primary forest has been wiped out, so not only losing incredible biodiversity, but also making it susceptible to floods, erosion, loss of fishing industry, tsunami - did you know that mangroves can halt tsunamis protecting the villages beyond? They are also the nursery of the sea.

    Along with mangroves, dry forests are also being replanted. Currently there are 93 project sites employing over 11,700 people in Madagascar are run by the Eden Project.
