  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 fresh lime juiced

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt, light
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1 tsp. chia
  • Handful of ice
